Afternoon Tea Delivery, Collection and Management
Delivery is available for all orders on the day or the day before your event within the area range detailed below and of course collection is always available. The delivery or collection arrangements will be finalised during the ordering process and detailed in the final order contract. There are a couple of options for packaging but all products will be in cardboard boxes and stacked in large kraft bags so they're easy to carry with little risk of dropping.

Delivery to venues where venue staff will be receiving the order will require full contact details upon ordering to ensure the correct storage facilities are available as well as an agreed time. (If these details can't be given by yourself) This will also ensure any unforeseen changes or events on the day can be quickly communicated between all involved in the order and delivery.
Packaging Options

1. Packaged Per Person
​
When each guests cream tea or afternoon tea are the same I can package them per person. This means each guest will be able to open a box neatly presenting their full spread of treats, just for them.
Sweet and savoury options will always be separated by sturdy packaging.

2. Packaged Per Product
​
If your afternoon tea is being displayed on a table or you are serving it yourself to your guests I can package each type of item together, eg. meat quiche in 1 box, macarons in 1 box, loaf cakes in 1 box etc.

This decision can be made towards the end of the ordering process.
Delivery is priced based on time traveling and is worked out individually. This gives an honest price for delivery as different times of day as well as different days of the week will affect time traveling.

All deliveries are ideally within 10 miles from my base but I can provide quotes for deliveries further than 10 miles on request.

I do not offer set up at venues but can provide suggestions to make your afternoon tea the star of the show.

Collection

Collection is available for free at a time agreed upon ordering. Full collection address will be detailed on the invoice or can be given when requested.

Transporting Afternoon Tea
​
All items will be in sturdy cardboard boxes and stacked in bags so they are easy to carry. Delicate treats will be packed in their boxes with surrounding cushioning where necessary to avoid movement during travel. However, avoid sharp breaking and turning corners quickly as many of my products have delicate toppings.
​
All my products will be kept chilled up until collection or delivery (apart from royal icing products). It is therefore best to keep the air conditioning on in your vehicle during transport incase of direct sunlight hitting the products during transport.
